FEMA Proposes Changes to Federal Insurance Administration for Private Sector Property Insurers

FEMA is proposing amendments to its Federal Insurance Administration Arrangement and related regulations to clarify issues of federal jurisdiction and law in lawsuits involving Write-Your-Own (WYO) companies, as well as procedures for companies seeking to become or cease being WYO companies.
