Coast Guard Establishes Safety/Security Zone Around Cove Point Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal

The Coast Guard is creating a restricted area around the Cove Point Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal in Maryland to protect public safety and security, following Dominion Power's re-opening of the terminal in July 2003.
