US Coast Guard Temporarily Modifies Clinton Railroad Drawbridge Operation Regulation

The US Coast Guard has temporarily relaxed the Clinton Railroad Drawbridge operation regulation on the Upper Mississippi River, allowing the drawbridge to open on signal with at least 24 hours' notice from December 15, 2003, to March 15, 2004, to facilitate annual maintenance and repair.
