US Coast Guard Temporarily Modifies Drawbridge Operation Regulation Across Mississippi River

The US Coast Guard has temporarily adjusted the rules governing the Rock Island Railroad and Highway Drawbridge, allowing it to remain closed to navigation from December 15, 2003, to March 15, 2004, to facilitate annual maintenance and repair on the bridge.
