Drawbridge Operating Regulation; St. Croix River, Prescott, WI

The Commander, Eighth Coast Guard District has issued a temporary deviation from the regulation governing the operation of the Burlington Northern Railroad Drawbridge, across the St. Croix River, mile 0.2, at Prescott, Wisconsin. This deviation allows the drawbridge to remain closed to navigation except upon 24 hours notice to open for 28 days from 8 a.m., November 17, 2003, until 11:59 p.m., December 14, 2003, central standard time. The deviation will facilitate maintenance work on the bridge that is essential to the continued safe operation of the drawbridge.
