TSA Launches Maritime Vulnerability Self-Assessment Tool to Support USCG Regulatory Efforts

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has made available the Maritime Vulnerability Self-Assessment Risk Module (TMSARM), a web-based tool designed to support the United States Coast Guard's (USCG) regulatory efforts under the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) of 2002, which mandates vulnerability assessments and security plans for facilities and vessels by December 31, 2003.
