Coast Guard Issues Guidance on Vessel Tonnage Measurement Regulations

The US Coast Guard has released a notice outlining the process for obtaining and updating Marine Safety Center Technical Notes (MTNs) to interpret its vessel tonnage measurement regulations, which govern the calculation of a vessel's gross and net tonnage and registered dimensions.
