U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Consular Report of Birth Abroad Form

The Department of State is requesting 60-day public comment for a proposed information collection, the Application for Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States, to be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval.
