U.S. Imposes Sanctions on Foreign Persons for Chemical and Biological Weapons Proliferation

The U.S. government has imposed sanctions on two foreign individuals for their involvement in chemical and biological weapons proliferation activities, in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act of 1979.
