Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Request for Grant Proposals (RFGPs): Tibet Development, Professional, Educational and Cultural Exchange Projects

The Office of Citizen Exchanges of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking proposals from U.S.-based non-profit organizations for the Tibet Development, Professional, Educational and Cultural Exchange Projects. The proposals must demonstrate a minimum of 30% cost sharing of grant funds and promote understanding between the U.S. and Tibetan ethnic groups through professional, educational, and cultural projects.
