U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Form DS-3013, Application for Assistance Under The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction

The Department of State is requesting a 60-day public comment period for a proposed information collection, Form DS-3013, which is used to assist in international child abduction cases under The Hague Convention. The proposed form is expected to be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval.
