Delegation of Authority 175-3: Further Assignment of Functions Under Section 208 of Title 18 of the United States Code

The Deputy Secretary of State has further delegated authority to the Legal Adviser to issue certain waivers under 18 U.S.C. 208(b)(1), following previous delegations in 1992 and 1995.
