U.S. Department of State Requests Approval for Nonimmigrant V Visa Application Form

The Department of State is seeking OMB approval to extend its currently approved Nonimmigrant V Visa Application form, which is used by nonimmigrant visa applicants, for an estimated 100,000 respondents annually, requiring approximately 100,000 hours of response time.
