U.S. Department of State Requests Approval for Foreign Service Officer Written Examination Registration Form

The Department of State is seeking OMB approval to extend its currently approved registration form for the Foreign Service Officer Written Examination, which is used to register candidates for the annual examination. The form, DS-1998, is expected to be completed by 27,585 registrants per year, with an estimated 20-minute response time.
