List of Countries and Entities Eligible for Rough Diamond Trade Under the Clean Diamond Trade Act of 2003

The US Department of State has updated the list of countries and entities allowed to trade in rough diamonds under the Clean Diamond Trade Act of 2003, following changes to the Act and an executive order issued in July 2003.
