U.S. Department of State Requests Approval for Revised Diversity Visa Program Registration Form

The Department of State is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget to revise its Diversity Visa Program registration form, DSP-122, which is used by approximately 47,000 aliens per year to apply for the program. Comments on the proposed information collection must be submitted within 30 days.
