U.S. Department of State Requests Extension of Emergency Loan Application Form for Review by OMB

The Department of State is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget to extend its emergency loan application form, DS-3072, which assists U.S. citizens abroad and third-country nationals in need of evacuation, medical assistance, or repatriation, for an estimated 500 respondents annually.
