Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Undergraduate English Language Training Program

The U.S. government is soliciting proposals from eligible organizations to support the placement of 75-100 Middle East and North Africa students in U.S. intensive English programs, with the goal of preparing them for college studies in the United States.
