U.S. Department of State Extends Public Comment Period for Intercountry Adoption Rules

The U.S. Department of State is extending the public comment period for proposed rules on intercountry adoption accreditation and approval by 30 days, from November 14 to December 15, 2003, in response to public requests for additional time.
