U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Medical Examination Forms for Immigrant and Refugee Applicants

The Department of State is requesting a 60-day public comment period for proposed information collection of medical examination forms for immigrant and refugee applicants, as part of its efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
