SBA Considers Class Waiver of Nonmanufacturer Rule for Sporting Goods

The U.S. Small Business Administration is considering a request to waive the Nonmanufacturer Rule for certain sporting goods, allowing small businesses to supply these items to the federal government on set-aside contracts for underrepresented groups.
