Availability of Funds and Collection of Checks Rule Amendment

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland has taken over the check processing operations previously handled by the Pittsburgh office, and Thomson Financial Publishing Inc. is now referred to as an agent of the American Bankers Association. This change was made as part of a rule amendment published by the Board of Governors on September 2, 2003.

Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Reserve Board, and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Jointly Issue Interim Final Rule on Examination Cycle for Small Insured Depository Institutions and Foreign Banks
