SBA Considers Class Waiver of Nonmanufacturer Rule for Handheld Land Mobile Radios

The U.S. Small Business Administration is considering a request to waive the Nonmanufacturer Rule for small businesses that manufacture handheld land mobile radios, allowing larger dealers to supply these products to the Federal government on contracts set aside for underrepresented groups.
