US Customs Regulations to Reduce Flat Rate Duty on Personal and Household Items

The US Customs Regulations are being updated to reflect a provision from the Tariff Suspension and Trade Act of 2000, which will gradually lower the flat rate duty on imported items for personal use, household items, or as genuine gifts.
