Toronto-Dominion Bank Seeks Exemption for Employee Securities Companies

The Toronto-Dominion Bank has submitted an application to the Commission for an exemption from certain provisions of the Act, allowing certain limited partnerships and entities formed for the benefit of TD employees to operate as 'employees' securities companies' without those provisions.
