SBA Corrects Final Rule on Small Business Government Contracting

The U.S. Small Business Administration is correcting a final rule related to government contracting for small businesses, which was published in the Federal Register on November 29, 2019. The rule aimed to implement provisions from the National Defense Authorization Acts of 2016 and 2017 and the Recovery Improvements for Small Entities After Disaster Act of 2015, and clarify existing regulations.
