Boeing Issues Airworthiness Directive for 747-400 Series Airplanes

Boeing has issued an airworthiness directive requiring a one-time inspection to determine the part number and shop code of the crew rest heat exchanger on certain 747-400 series airplanes, in an effort to prevent cracking and reduced controllability of the aircraft.
