Submission for OMB Review: Request for Reclearance of a Revised Information Collection: RI 98-7

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for reclearance of a revised information collection, RI 98-7, used to verify receipt of Social Security Administration (SSA) disability benefits and notify annuitants of overpayments. The form is expected to be completed by approximately 5,500 individuals annually, taking about 5 minutes to complete.
