EPA Proposes to Remove Limited Status of Pennsylvania's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to upgrade the approval of Pennsylvania's air quality regulations for volatile organic compounds and nitrogen oxides in the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Trenton area, removing the limited status that restricts the implementation of reasonably available control technology.
