Agency Submits Information Collection Request for OMB Review of Petroleum Refinery Emissions Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed rule to update National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Petroleum Refineries, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
