EPA Submits Request for OMB Review of NESHAP for Equipment Leaks

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is submitting a request for review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the Information Collection Request (ICR) 2060-0068, which pertains to the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Equipment Leaks (Fugitive Emission Sources). The ICR is set to expire on August 31, 2001.
