EPA's OPPT Relocation to Cause Temporary Delay in TSCA Document Processing

The US Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT) is relocating its offices from 401 M St., SW., to 1200 Pennsylvania Ave., NW., in Washington, DC, on November 1, 2001, which may cause a temporary delay in processing certain documents, including premanufacture notices submitted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The EPA is seeking cooperation from submitters to handle this disruption.
