Filing Dates for the South Carolina Special Election in the 2nd Congressional District

South Carolina has set a schedule for special elections to fill the vacant seat in the Second Congressional District, following the late Congressman Floyd Spence, with primary and general elections taking place in October and December 2001, respectively.
