DOL Grants Exemptions for Development Company Funding Corporation and Others from Prohibited Transaction Restrictions

The Department of Labor has issued exemptions from certain restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code, following public notices and comments from interested parties, including the Development Company Funding Corporation and others.
