Notice of Proposed Individual Exemption to Amend Prohibited Transaction Exemption (PTE) 99-45 Involving DLJ

The Department of Labor has proposed an individual exemption to amend PTE 99-45, which was granted to DLJ in 1999, to expand its scope to include current and future foreign affiliates of DLJ that are parties in interest, including options written by employee benefit plans, DLJ, or foreign affiliates.
