Environmental Impact Report/Statement Preparation for Western Riverside County, CA, Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan

The Fish and Wildlife Service is preparing an Environmental Impact Report/Statement for the Western Riverside County, CA, Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan, in coordination with the County of Riverside, California. The plan aims to authorize take of listed species during urban and rural development in the 1.26 million-acre study area, and the public is invited to provide suggestions and information during a 30-day public scoping period.
