EPA Proposes Approval of Delaware's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Philadelphia Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware, which determines that additional control measures are not available to advance the area's ozone attainment date after implementing all required Clean Air Act measures.
