EPA Proposes Approval of Maryland's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Philadelphia Area
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Maryland, which determines that no additional control measures are needed to advance the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Trenton area's ozone attainment date. The proposal aims to finalize the plan, which covers Cecil County, Maryland, and is in line with the Clean Air Act.
