EPA Proposes Final Authorization for District of Columbia's Hazardous Waste Program Revisions

The District of Columbia has submitted a request to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for final authorization of changes to its hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA is proposing to grant this authorization, which will take effect immediately if no written comments are received during the comment period.
