USDA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Idaho Cobalt Project Mine

The US Department of Agriculture's Forest Service will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Idaho Cobalt Project, a planned underground cobalt-copper-gold mine in the Salmon-Challis National Forest in Idaho, following regulations governing locatable mineral activities on National Forest System Lands.
