EPA Proposes Full Approval of Pima County Department of Environmental Quality's Operating Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the operating permit program of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ), which was initially submitted in response to the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments. The proposed approval includes several rules submitted by PDEQ in 1998 and 2001, which aim to add reference dates for materials incorporated by reference.
