DOE Amends Procedures for Access to Classified Matter and Special Nuclear Material

The Department of Energy is updating its procedures to align with the access eligibility determination provisions in Executive Order 12968, signed by President Bill Clinton in August 1995, to ensure compliance with the requirements for access to classified information.
