EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Philadelphia-Wilmington-Trenton Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions to establish and require control technology for seven major sources of air pollutants in the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Trenton ozone nonattainment area, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
