Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Changes to William T. Morrisey Boulevard Bridge Drawbridge Regulations

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary change to the operating regulations of the William T. Morrisey Boulevard Bridge in Boston, Massachusetts, to allow the bridge to remain closed from November 1, 2001, to May 10, 2002, in order to facilitate rehabilitation construction.
