Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Chelsea River Blasting in Boston

The US Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone in the Chelsea River from August 13 to September 22, 2001, to protect the maritime community from hazards caused by explosives detonation to clear rocks and increase water depth.
