Executive Office for Immigration Review Expands Board of Immigration Appeals to 23 Members

The Executive Office for Immigration Review has finalized a rule to add two new Board Member positions to the Board of Immigration Appeals, increasing its permanent membership to 23, in an effort to maintain an efficient system of appellate adjudication amid a growing caseload.
