The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposed rule to impose a passenger facility charge (PFC) at Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field in Yakima, Washington, as part of its review of an application submitted by the Yakima Air Terminal Board.
