Notice of Prevention of Significant Deterioration Final Determination for Metcalf Energy Center

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Environmental Appeals Board dismissed a petition filed by several groups to review a permit issued to Metcalf Energy Center by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, allowing the center to proceed with its operations under the Prevention of Significant Deterioration regulations.
