Codeon Corporation to Receive Exclusive Patent License from Department of the Navy

The Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant Codeon Corporation a non-assignable, exclusive license to practice U.S. government-owned inventions related to optical waveguide devices, as described in two patents issued in 1993.
