West Virginia State Plan for Certification of Applicators of Restricted Use Pesticides; Notice of Availability

The State of West Virginia has submitted proposed amendments to its pesticide certification plan, which include new requirements for applicator certification, licensing, and training, as well as updates to civil penalties and a new subcategory for predator control. The EPA is expected to approve the revised plan.
